Return and Refund Policy:
Please read the Return and Refund Policy in full before calling customer support. If at any time you are unsatisfied with our product, you may return any unopened and opened bottles of any shipment within sixty (60) days of our shipping date for a full or partial refund of the purchase price. If you use more than one bottle, you will not be issued a refund on any additional opened bottles. If you use one full bottle and partial of the second, you will not be issued a return for second bottle. You should notice results before you start the second bottle. To receive a refund, you must follow the following procedures:
Packages marked "Return To Sender" will NOT be processed or refunded. You must call customer care at 888-407-8780 for refund and return instructions.
- Contact our Customer Service Center at 888-407-8780 and notify a customer service representative. You should feel the effects within 2-4 weeks.
- Customer service will give you a return number (RMA number) to be placed inside or outside of the package along with your order number, name and address. Without this number we cannot issue a refund.
- You must send all returned product using a shipping method with delivery confirmation or signature confirmation. You are responsible for the costs of returning any product.
- All qualified return products must have the proper RMA number on the box (see above) and be shipped to:
